After you make contact, we will find time for an initial 20 minute free consultation. This is an opportunity for you to share what is bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you might have about the process and how I work.

There is no obligation to continue. If you decide to go ahead, we will agree a regular time, this will become your appointment time each week. Before starting, I will send you further information and a client agreement for you to read through.

This contract outlines some key information regarding housekeeping and cancellation policy.

Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes.
